In Iron Man 3 we were introduced to a not so convincing ‘terrorist’ called the Mandarin: I gave that part of the film a two thumbs down. Now Marvel is coming out with another attempt in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. Do the producers do any better this time?
