2019 Annual Report

Consistent with subsection 38 of the National Security and Intelligence Review Agency Act, this report includes information about activities in 2019, as well as findings and recommendations. In accordance with paragraph 52 of the National Security and
Intelligence Review Agency Act, this report was prepared after consultation with the deputy heads concerned in an effort to ensure that it does not contain information the disclosure of which would be injurious to national security, national defence or international relations, or is information that is subject to solicitor-client privilege or the professional secrecy of advocates and notaries or to litigation privilege.
