Despite the convictions of some, terrorism did not decrease significantly this year, although final statistics have yet to come in.  There are non-final numbers that over 10,000 people were killed by terrorists this year.  By far the greatest percentage were at the hand of jihadis – Islamist extremists.  This trend is likely to continue in 2023.  A year-end podcast from Borealis.
